Febreze Noticeables, Dual Scented Oils 1 kitReviewsI picked this Febreze scent over the others because it is very clean. Not too fruity or flowery, the strength can be adjusted using a slider on the back (high or low). Also has a rotating polarized plug. I got for under $7/unit elsewhere though. Average Rating:![]() |

Oil & WaterReviewsStephen Kent's more recent offering. Although this CD is a bit different than his 'Landing' and 'Family Tree' titles, it should still do a lot for loyal followers. Tracks to fully take in (listen to 'em twice) if need be are the eight-minute ethnic / tribal "Thel Kupa", "Ouled Sergo" (to me, it sounds like maybe a lost Embryo cut that never made it onto an lp), the stunning Lights In A Fat City-like "Valley Of The Winds", "Edge Of Time" and "Elders Lament" (sort of reminded me of possibly Third Ear Band). I know what you're thinking - WHAT am I on tonight? Actually check out all the cool instruments that Kent decided to employ while assembling this piece of work - didgeridoo (of course), frame drum, sintir, bass, guitar and percussion. Hopefully, this CD won't be the last we hear from him. The mere mention of the Australian digiridu --a long, oboe-like instrument-- is enough to make some nonbelievers cringe in terror: several years ago it was adopted as an instrument of choice by world music's fusion-y New Age contingent, and since then its status has never been the same. What's most remarkable about this album, though, is that it's really quite good, although it is pretty much what you'd call a "world fusion" album. To start with, Californian Kent is a virtuoso performer, capable of delving deep into the tonal richness of his chosen instrument, but also of playing shorter notes and not just the long, resonant drones the digiridu is known for. These controlled percussive bursts are so unlike most digiridu playing that at first I wondered if they'd been sampled or digitally manipulated; but no, I think he's just an amazingly skilled performer. Naturally Kent also explores a wide variety of musical styles and it's the album's odd multicultural combinations -- the "oil and water" of elements you wouldn't expect to mix -- that bring life to this album. Some parts work better than others: in general, the Western funk and pop mixes seem tacky, but the tracks that borrow from various "world music" styles -- Tuvan throat singing, Arabic percussion, EastIndian flutes -- are pretty nice. One song which features a shimmering cascade of Rajasthani flutes, "Edge Of Three," is particularly beautiful. Though this record edges into territiory that I don't normally go for, there are several songs on here that I could see working into a mix. Worth checking out! Average Rating:![]() |

Didgeridoo or didjeridu. Whatever the spelling of this strange instrument may be, it is usually associated with the indigenous people of the fifth continent, the Austra-lian Aborigines. But there is also a Californian by the name of Stephen Kent who was born in England and grew up in East Africa among other countries... |

MoroccanoilReviewsI got a small bottle of the oil as a sample and I love it. I use it on towel dried hair before combing and then follow with my regular routine: gel all over and volume spray just at the roots. It makes my hair sooo soft I keep touching it all day. If you use a curling iron you may have to spray a little hair spray first since the hair is very soft it may not hold the curls very well - small price to pay. Will definitely purchase a full size after the sample runs out. This oil works wonders. It's the best conditioning oil I've ever used. It makes my hair super soft, shiny and conditioned. It's how you wished your hair would feel after you used conditioner in the shower. It helps with some frizz, but if you have curly or course hair, you're going to need an additional product to combat that problem. Your hair will feel super healthy and clean. Everyone with dry hair needs this! This oil leaves your hair soft, healthy, easy to style and it is not greasy at all! I saw the stellar reviews for this product here on Amazon and also on [...] and decided to put it on my birthday wishlist since its so expensive. Luckily, a little goes a very long way so a bottle will last you a while (especially if you don't use it everyday). I have medium-length fine hair but a lot of it. I get partial blonde highlights at the salon every few months and use a straightener and/or blow-dryer almost everyday. Needless to say, my hair takes quite a beating. My ends split and can look frayed and damaged and I often have fly-aways that just make my hair look messy. A little dab of Moroccan Oil on my wet hair takes care of all of that by making my hair look shiny and tamed, no fly-away or frizz, and feel absolutely soft and amazing once dry. Surprisingly, I have managed to never use too much on accident which is amazing since most other shine or fly-away products I have tried tend to make my hair look greasy and lifeless. Not Moroccan Oil. My only gripe with this product is the price so I add it to my Birthday and Christmas Wishlists so I never have to fork out the money myself (the 3.4 oz size lasts me long enough between my birthday in March and Christmas in December). I bought this product in Dec. 2009 and wanted to wait a while to write a review and see how my hair will be after sometime .... the result was very good, sometimes this is the only product I use after washing my hair.... It made a big difference after all this months ... my hair is dry, curly and very thin, this oil defines my curls and takes away the frizz ... I absolutely recommended it! Average Rating:![]() |

MOROCCANOIL Gold Glimmer Shine 3.4ozReviewsI used this to help my frizz go down and it works ok.. I've used other products that put more shine in my hair.. I love this product. After you have styled your hair spray on top to give you a nice shiny & healthy look. This works great on dry damaged colored hair. I have super curly kinky hair and only the Japanese Hair Straightening system will work - which costs an $$$ per hour. In between the mandatory 4 months in between I use this product and it works like magic to straighten out my curls and without leaving any heavy residue or flaking like hair gel when I use my straightening iron on it. This product is like a lotion for your hair and only a dab will do. Hard to believe but my sister and I have been using this 1 bottle over 6 months. We have super thick very long hair so to see how long this product lasts - def. worth the investment. Moroccanoil came very highly recommended to me by co-workers. My hair is very fine and difficult to control. Even with the hot iron I had fly aways that made me crazy. While this product has not completely resolved my fine hair issues; I have had more complements in the few weeks that I have been using Moroccanoil than I have had in years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THIS PRODUCT..... This product was great at giving my hair some shine and vibrancy but I'm not crazy about the smell. I can tell the product will last a long time also. MoroccanOil Intense Curl Cream, 10.2-Ounce BottleReviewsI have the oil and I love it mainly bc of the scent and the softness I am left with. I recently ordered the curl intensifier and I am very disappointed in the scent. I got it from an online beauty store and I almost feel as if I got tricked bc the product doesn't smell anything like the oil. I may try going to a salon and just smelling the product to see if I have been dupped. I will say the it hasn't tackled the frizz like other products so I won't be buying this again unless I find out I was suckered into a fake product. This really helps soften and define my natural wavy hair. I love the scent and the feel. It's worth every penny. This product is okay. I didn't notice some huge advantage over other products I have used like Mixed chicks Leave in conditioner but both product seem way over priced. This product is perfect for my curly hair. It leaves it looking beautiful w/o being crunchy. I live in a very humid place and I've finally got my go-to product. It's taken me years to find something this good! ok.. I have been trying many curl cream and lotions for a while in the search for the one that defines your curls without causing frizz, afro, oily, hair loss because it is heavy, and curls that last for a day.. so I tried many products and this is one of them Pros - does not have the sticky feeling of so may others like "bed head, Oreal.." - keeps hair shiny and soft Cons - use it alone after shower, hair did not curl, it gave me a puffy wavy hair, not curly.. smooth and not sticky -used "coconut organix split end mender before" and little of this, got curls.. but flattened out by end of day -if you put more of it.. hair becomes oily and greasy so far, I like the Sephora "living proof no frizz", the curls hold for the day and still use the coconut organix cream before some times to tame it.. the next product to try is the bumble and bumble curl defining one.. will see Average Rating:![]() |

Mustapha's Organic Moroccan Argan OilReviewsI tried this oil for the first time and it was delicious! Next I tried a competing brand called "Argan Culinary Oil" by "Elbertai" (the label says: "Pure Argan Oil") which appears to be MORE expensive (but is less with shipping) -- this Mustapha's brand is a MUCH better deal (but a bit more expensive). It is more tasty and has a great nutty flavor and amazing aroma. The price appears to be LOWER than the other brand (but not if you add shipping) but the quality is higher and the packaging is better. Buy this brand over the other since they are within $5 of each other in resulting price. Average Rating:![]() |

Wildly Delicious Moroccan Rosemary Grapeseed Oil, 8.4-Ounce Units (Pack of 2)ReviewsFor anyone looking to infuse your food with a hint of flavor, this grapeseed oil is INCREDIBLE. I have used it to make omelettes, drizzled it over spinach for a light salad, fried up sausage links in the pan with it, stirred it into a divine mushroom risotto, and replaced it for the olive oil in a marinade for lamb steaks. You name it and it matches up really well. Taste, aroma, and not likely that my kitchen cabinet will be without it, the newest staple that goes with the Truffle Oil, and good Olive Oil in my home!
